Picked up a Porter Cable 6gal pancake oilless noise box air compressor today from habitat for $7 . sticker on it says not working as is, motor won't run .
Right up the Cobblers alley . either I can get it running or repurpose the tank to a Senco pc1010 that has a leaking tank, but I notice the power cord strain relief has pulled out of the housing by a few inches . I half bet myself that's the culprit . good starting point anyway
took the shroud off & sure enough. the spade plugs on the power cable have pulled off their respective terminals .
it looks like very little use . inside the housing is dirtier with spider webs than anything else
