From benchmark? I am getting low on both flap wheels and grinding wheels and need some more and have seen the benchmark advertised several places. But a life and speed seem lacking many times on cheaper wheels.

Yep, from the promo several years back. IIRC it was a 10 or 12 pack. Granted I haven't done much welding in the past several years, but I've got at least half left untouched and I bet I haven't trashed many.

Way better then Diablo or whatever is in stores, and blows away the radnor trash I used to get at work

Received the paper its legit. Appears to be very high quality but haven't used it. They included a nice sticker and packing slip with a thank you for purchasing from them. Nice touch. It was also shipped promptly and delivered within a few days. I'll be ordering more if it works as good as I think it will.

I ordered the tool cleaner/ hand cleaner combo as well as some of the sanding discs on separate orders. Both orders were delivered within 3 or 4 days. Pretty fast for free stuff.

Well there went $100+ including the fremix of 4.5" flap discs!

Ordered some 2" flap discs, some mandrels for same, 1x42" belts, 8" peel and stick discs, etc.

Should be set for a while.

Pretty much used only 3m or Norton for 25 years for my da, longboard, grinding discs, but for the cost of shipping I’m definitely checking these out. If they **** not much lost, if they’re comparable, it’ll definitely save me some $ on materials. Thanks for the heads up.

They don't ****, IMHO.

I'd say comparable to Norton, inferior to 3M Cubitron.

We don't use a lot from Benchmark because we're mostly working with wood & composites, and they're geared more towards metalworking. But what have used seems pretty good.

We mostly use Klingspor and 3M Cubitron. Stopped using Norton a long time ago.
