I went to the local feed store, and they did not have any GOJO original formula hand cleaner. I buy it in the 4.5 pound tub, and use it with a wall mounted pump. Tried online, and could not find it either. Was it discontinued? Did I miss something?

We got some at work recently that was fairly old and it separated.
The liquid part smelled like kerosene.
It works, but have to wash my hands with soap after to not smell like kerosene.

I use this stuff. Works great. Even removes epoxy resin.

I never knew the original wasn’t the orange stuff. I learned something new today. Come to think of it I haven’t seen the one listed in a while. Last place I saw it was Rural King probably a year ago or longer. Plenty of the orange stuff around though. Personally I prefer Zep Cherry Bomb or Purple Power hand cleaners or Lava or Fast Orange bar soaps. Gojo works but I just prefer the others.

I use Fast Orange hand cleaner. I have a small bottle under the kitchen sink, & a large bottle with a handpump by the basement washup sink.

In a past life I worked part time at Fastenal. Thus had access to all the hand cleaners because of samples. We were given these samples of Worx hand cleaner. It is by far the best hand cleaner I have ever used. You wet your hands and put a small amount of dry cleaner in the palm of your hands and rub together, then rinse. It even removes the ink off your hands that you get from handling shipping boxes all day long and isn’t too harsh like a lot of soaps. It is expensive but is good stuff and you use so very little soap that it lasts a long time.

Used some today that I had forgot about and had the same separation issue. Still worked however, and had that pleasant cherry smell!

I ended up dumping it into.the almost empty jug of Cherry Bombs and it pumps it fine.

Bummer. Guess this is why I couldn't find a tub a couple months ago and picked up a small bottle of Fast Orange. I've been using Gojo for at least 40 years and always have a tub mounted next the garage sink. Couple years ago they sent me a free replacement pump when mine quit working.
I'm liking the Fast Orange so guess I'll get a big jug of it.

Right next to the pump GOJO I keep Tub O' Towels. Unless my hands are really crudded up, that's my go-to anymore. Good for wiping down forearms and face, too.

I loved Boraxo and used it for decades until it was discontinued. I only wish that I had taken the dispenser off the wall when I sold my shop in 1973.

I miss GOJO. I have been using stuff with pumis in it and hate the gritty feeling.

I quit using that stuff from the smell and greasy feeling after trying out this stuff that has walnut shells in it. I get it locally from a place called Hal's Supply. They have it branded as theirs, but I've seen it elsewhere. Ten times better than anything else, no harsh smell, doesn't separate, etc. Probably same thing as this stuff: https://www.zoro.com/deb-hand-clean...-classic-2-000-ml-6-pk-pn98318706/i/G1620304/

Unrelated to your reply above but I noticed you live in Friendsville, Tn which got me curious since there's a Friendswood, Tx a few miles from me. Friendswood was founded by Quakers in the 1890's so I looked up Friendsville, which has the same origins.
Not for nothing, just something interesting to me. Carry on. ;)
