Does anyone live close by to this company?
1464 McDonald St NE, Salem, OR 97301
I ordered a replacement engine for a Grasshopper zero turn back in July, they told me it had to be built by Kohler, and would take awhile.
My last email correspondence was December 10th when they told me it would be mid to late January.
I have tried calling them several times over the last few weeks, seems their phone is out of service.
Just wondering if anyone here lived close by that could stop and see if they are closed up or on a holiday break.
I don't want to be out $2000 if they went belly up.

I see they added this to the website, but still no reply's to my emails.

Their web site does have this blurb on the front page.

Finally got an email.
Please allow us some time to investigate this order and find out what is going on. We apologize for any inconvenience our phones being down may cause, we have been having issues with them and are having them worked on. We will get back to you within the week with an answer for what is going on, as we are currently down to 3 staff members and answering all emails we can as quickly as possible!

Not many reviews that I could find but did find these two below. Their address, according to their webpage is 1464 McDonald St NE Salem. Google maps shows it as a series of industrial small shops. The end tennant in their building appears to be Parkwood Design at 1460 McDonald. Their number is (503) 399-0822. Maybe they can tell you if OPE is there or not, since they look to be in the same building but a different unit.

Same happen to me, I finally tried to cancel the order, but the refunds where never coming, end up calling the credit card company and disputing my orders, Sounds to me that they are not paying there vendors, like Kohler and others do not supply the engines until they caught up their bills, I am hopping is only my opinion , but today their web site is down .... Not a good sign
BTW, Order from some where else and already received my Engine, I was waiting for 7 months.....

I was hoping to get this engine, a direct drop-in with no modifications.
I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks leaving a message, no call back yet.
I may have to resort to dealing with the credit card company.

Yes you will need to call your cc company. They shut the doors and website is shut down. Good luck the manager Antonio lies to everyone.

My CC company was very helpful and looks like I should get my money back.
Tried a different company that said they had 3 engines in the warehouse, so I hope I get a shipping notice next week.
Just ***** I had to wait all this time only to be scammed.

😭They were my #1 favorite for oem B&S and Kohler items too. But for the past several months, the *OUT OF STOCK* tags on so many common parts generated a ❓- and later a ⁉️ in my ******** monitor.
