I agree, DRPD is still cheaper, with lower shipping (to my area at least) even with the 25% off... That said, it's almost a wash between the two and the selection @ Koken USA is much better.

Yep, that's why I will stick with AmazonJP, way cheaper.
Z series extensions don’t have the knurling but you could always throw a 1/2” knurled spinner right behind it or they have an awesome little 1/2” 35mm knurled extension if you don’t want the spinner diameter.

Does kokenusa.com normally take forever to ship a backordered item? I placed an order back during the Memorial Day sale that still hasn't shipped. Anyone had this experience before that can estimate how long it usually takes them to ship? (Still not anywhere close to my order direct from Starrett that took a year!)
@gjuser23: Longest wait was 2 months, generally supposed to be within 6 weeks. I would guess they wait to build-up a decent sized import shipment if they can. Contact: [email protected] or 351-500-6638, they are in MA.

Huge fan on Koken standard extensions cause of the knurling, have full set in 1/4 and 3/8. Z-series extensions missing knurling is a major miss in my opinion.
I’ve been using them lately and love them. I also recently started using Stahlwille locking extensions with the tiny button on them. While I have Z series extensions as well, I’ve decided that when I don’t need the knurled extension for what I’m doing, I’m reaching for the locking Stahlwille.

Just FYI on the Koken USA Sale, check what you are buying from Koken USA against Harry Epstein (HE) https://www.harryepstein.com/collections/koken..I had a list of items I wanted from Koken and noted some items were cheaper at HE using the KOKEN discount code and including shipping. Though some items were not available from HE.
