Seems like around the outside perimeter the crusher run has sunk some so you can see the pressure treated sill
Also it feels like in spots you can put your finger under the concert floor from the outside ..
Almost like there are voids under the floor
This spot was very well compacted and sat for a year before the barn was put up
Id at least like to cover the wood ,,,maybe fine crusher ? Dry concrete ?
Thoughts ?

Are there overhangs (soffits)?
Even then years of erosion from the water off of the roof that could undermine the slab by washing away the fines from the crusher run base.
A picture would help with a suggestion. 👍

Agreed that photos would certainly help us make informed recommendations here. What does the exterior sheeting consist of, how is it sealed at the sill/floor, is the ground sloped away from the building at a reasonable grade, and so on?

Yes 1 ft overhangs and gutters
I’ll take some photos tomorrow
It’s not going to look too bad but I don’t want it getting worse
And the concrete floor seems like it’s not touching the ground where I stick my finger I under it

Settlement happens, especially where there’s freeze and thaw. I would do my best to add more material and even try and tuck it under the edges of the slab.

The soil all around our 2019 built house has sunk about 5 inches. It's a poured concrete foundation so no big deal but just a reference point for you.

That little bit that you can stick your fingers into is not important. You'd have to purposefully load the edge of the slab before you had any trouble if you even could concentrate such a load. It's been 10+ years, no big deal. Dress it back up the way it was originally and compact it as best as you can and don't worry about it for another 10 years. 👍

Here’s some pics, seem like even in the spots u don’t see the board if you dig the gravel away with your finger there’s a void there where I can feel the bottom of the slab not touching the ground

I would not do that. If its in contact with the ground the foam will hold moisture and hasten rot on the wood.

Just take clean 3/4" and smaller stone and use a small rotary hammer (on hammer only mode) to pack it back under the slab. A 1x3 or 1x4 piece of 3/8" steel welded to the end of a longer chisel bit makes a great tamping tool.

It’s weird because they put down heavy plastic before pouring and I don’t feel it under there

How would you be able to reach your hand in there if it wasn't?
Ahh well as I said. I dig away a little stone with my finger to get under the rim board , and then stick my finger under it
I can feel the bottom rough side of the slab … but there a space between the bottom of the slab and the ground

Unless you’re starting to notice cracks (not hairline) and settling in the concrete, I’d just add more material like I mentioned earlier and not worry about it.

The building’s 11 years old. I’d be shocked if you didn’t notice something that had moved or shifted a little. Especially in the northern states that get a serious freeze and thaw every year.

What is that pvc pipe in the far corner on first Pic?
Could it be leaking and undermining the slab?

So if I was to try and pack under the slab from outside , would stone dust be best ? Then top off around the outside to cover the skirt board ?
