Thoughts on a used New Grand International TPO-9A 9,000lb 2-post Lift???

As the title states, I found one disassembled for cheap ($1200). Trying to find info on this one but I know literally noting about this brand.

Looking at sites you can still buy spare parts.

The other thing I'm contemplating is biting the bullet with is getting a 10k Halo lift, or maybe a 9k Atlas

You get what you pay for. If i did not see that thing working I would not chance it. For another 1500 you know you will have no problems and, more importantly, know its not defective. I always think of that with a truck lifted over my head.
