What does this mean? They get a notice whenever I post?

It means nothing. No notifications of your posts are sent, at least from what I have seen. Seems like the functionality is basically disabled

Every time I see this picture, it reminds me of a hat store that was on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ. They had all sorts of hats of every shape, size, and type. One in particular was a condom hat. I wanted to buy it just for the humor, but my wife got between me and the salesperson, and threatened both of us with bodily harm if I bought it or he sold it to me. We left the store and the next time we were in Atlantic City, the hat store was no longer.
Below is a crocheted version, but the one at the hat store was made of latex.
