I am sure this is an old American tool. The only marking is an "L" Triangle logo. Anybody know who made this? I looked on alloy-artifacts and don't find this logo. 20260528_202259.jpg20260528_202442.jpg

^ Is that stamped on the cheek? Or somewhere else? Generally speaking, hammers are marked by their makers on the cheeks, and more often on the drivers side (the flat face on a ball pein being the front.)

Alloy-Artifacts LOGO page does not include any logos which use LETTERS.
He felt that users "could figure it out if it was in plain block letters."
He and I went around and around on that.
We have a logo thread here, but that one isn't in it, and I don't recognize it.
@RTM has had some success plugging images into "Google Lens" and asking Google's "AI" bots to figure it out.

Thanks for looking. AI keeps leading to Billings, but that doesn't sound right. It is not stamped on the cheek, it is under the head on the flat face side. It just feels like American quality.

where is the L triangle located? I don't see it in the overall picture.
