daily deal online only (do we need a cman v20 thread?)
Referring to the brushless impact... While I am sure this one is more biased in the "forward" direction, vs reverse, it actually claims more torque than the 3/8 impact gun (this works out to 175ft-lbs, vs the 3/8 being 165).

First unboxing is that it is much shorter/lighter than the previous impacts I have owned (not brushless), and (in theory) I like moving the light location so it hopefully isn't shadowed by the bit.

Like most of them nowadays, I would look at specs of the specific one you are buying, as they seem to make multiple versions that look very similar (IIRC, there are at least three other impact drivers in the V20 lineup).

Also, to give a sense of scale, the head is just slightly longer than the battery itself (the hex collet portion is half-covered when held next to each other).

YMMV and check your local stores "Back Aisle" section, but one of my Local Lowes is closing out TAPCON's for cheap:

I wish I could post links, but I cannot find these on Lowes.com ?

I bought ones that fit my needs:

The Lowes near me also had some Irwin Hansen tap/drill combos in the close out section. Of interest to me were: metric 10 - 1.5, 8 - 1.25 and 1/4-18 NPT sets. As I recall the taps were listed as made in the US and drill bits made in Mexico. There were a few other SAE sets in small sizes like 8-32.

The sds looks like a carbon copy of the Dewalt model which I already have and is an absolute beast. The 3 modes make it super useful/ versatile.
