6"-7" of pure powder here, a few small snowdrifts along the edge of the driveway with 10"-12", but nothing horrible, snow stopped around 5pm, I jumped right to it and was done with the driveway, walkways, even the street in front of our driveway all the way across just to play it safe, done by 6:15pm and back into the house to fresh baked bread thanks to SWMBO. The trick, two shovels, side by side to do the rough clearing, then follow up with a single to clean things up. Old ski jacket and thermals kept me warm, even with the wind chill around 8 degrees. Surprisingly, not tired or ache at all, a very pleasant surprise indeed. Life is good.

What you see above is the 1/8"-1/4" of ice that was below the snow and kept me from taking the green ERA 289 Cobra replica out like I had planned for this afternoon. The sun will be out tomorrow to hopefully take care of the bulk of it. What it does not will get a handful of pool filter sand for traction.
