Can anyone ID the maker of this Wrench?

This one has me stumped... it appears to be a specialty wrench for alignments or possibly wheel/tire service? The box end is marked 3/4" and it has "15271BR" stamped on it, but no manufacturer. It looks very OTC to me, but nothing comes up searching that number or image.

I agree with all your possibilities. I searched for quite a while and came up empty.
I'm interested to see if anyone can figure this out.

The broach on the box end almost has a Snap-on look to it, so I went through both a Snap-on and MAC catalog to no avail. They both have a similar adjustment wrench, but it has a round handle rather than the pry bar end.
