Delta Triple Duty Tool Rest Sketches?

Hi, I've recently come into possession of an object that I'm pretty sure will turn out to be a Triple Duty Grinder once I excavate it from the grime and grinding dust and neglect. It does not appear to have tool rests. I would like it to have those and I'm wondering if any has plans or even a sketch what they look like and maybe some dimensions? Getting this back into working condition seems like a worthy project, but right now I'd prefer to invest work rather than money into it.

I think if I had this picture and the grinder, it would be pretty easy to produce a very close copy of the work rests.
