NOT "Made in U.S.A." (or other variants thereof)
Only those brands or manufacturers who marked their items "Made in the United States of America" all spelled out
* The omission of "the" is acceptable! *
I'll start with this Delta Power Tool Division ID plate that GJ member @pcrov just posted:

and then one of the very few we've seen, this old 1/2" hex drive set manufactured by Keystone Mfg. Co., Buffalo, New York:

Keystone 555 1/2" hex drive SAE socket set
Let's see what you've got! Has to be all spelled out... ."Made in the United States of America".... not sure this should be limited to tools only, because I'm guessing there are probably some way cool widgets out there...
