I have no experience with Konnected GDO Blaq, but I'm guessing they use the ESPHome integration to HA? - I have configured my HA to crack the garage doors when the inside temperature is warmer than the outside temp. I went with the Ratgdo32 solution which uses the same interface and was pleasantly surprised that in HA, you actually can make the door move in any direction after it has been partially opened.

Appreciate the information. Yes, it uses ESPHome in HA. Basically, it is supposed to be a more polished Ratdgo32. That is good to hear. I will have to do some more digging around then. I only got them set up and working this weekend and then added basic controls to my door monitoring dashboard.

I should likely have bumped this project higher up the list, but I hadn't. A week and a half ago, while outside walking around the property, I forgot that the ground still wasn't filled in around my sidewalk and driveway and twisted my ankle badly enough it hurt the rest of the day. Thankfully, it wasn't worse.
I want good soil to fill this area in, as I will be planting grass here this fall. Picked up 4 bags of compost and 4 bags of lawn soil. The stuff isn't perfect, but I have had good luck with it over the years, mixing the two together.
The channel is down on both sides of the driveway and on one side of the sidewalk. I have filled in spots on the front half of the driveway by transplanting some grass while I was expanding the side of a bed earlier this spring. The one on the side walk is anywhere from 4-8in wide and 4-8in deep so it took some soil.
I got most of this little bit of the driveway and all but 5ft of the sidewalk done, but I will likely need another 4 bags of each to finish the project this weekend.
I have been playing around with some automations in Home Assistant a bit over the last week as well. I finally have my automations dialed in pretty well now that make sure all the doors are locked and all of the garage lights are turned off at night. I set up the doors to not lock if any of the garage lights are still on. It starts checking every 10 minutes after 10pm for this. There is a second automation that start checking to see if my phone is plugged into a charger after 10pm and turns out all the garage lights. I still need to figure out a way to perfect this automation, as I can think of a few times, but not many I plug my phone into the charger before going to bed. I need to figure out how to make this specific to my bedroom charger vs others.

If you don't want anything smart related, I installed these for my dad. He put an extra fridge in his laundry room, but the only place that made sense covered up the regular light switch location. Picked up some more dirt this weekend and got the driveway edging finished as well as the rest of the sidewalk I had started before.
The biggest project this weekend was starting to go through everything that has been accumulating in the second stall of the storage garage bay. I could have easily just moved it all to another location so I could quickly start cleaning the concrete and then get on to sealing it but I wanted to make sure I was going through it all and throwing out some stuff and organizing other stuff so it could be found later. I ended up with so much trash I filled our township provided can so I will either fill it again quickly after it gets emptied or maybe finally make another run to the dump.
Either way. Lots of progress was made.
Still waiting on my shelving for half of the storage room. Getting the run around from the company that said it was in stock when I ordered it two weeks ago. I have tracking, but the freight company tells me nothing has been picked up and only an initial request has been made.

Made more progress on the other garage bay this weekend. It started with playing musical cars. The CTSV moved outside onto the parking pad area for the next 2.5-3 weeks while this work goes on. When I moved it, I found that the cardboard under the car had some oil on it. Looks like, unfortunately, one of the valve covers has developed a leak. I need to look into how bad that is, but for now, it has a plastic tray under the car outside till I can dig into it after this. I moved the S4 to the house garage since it's headlights are not failed like the V which I will get replaced later anyway.
The NSX went into the lift bay. I need to reinstall the rear diffuser, so I figured I would put it in there to try and knock out that project during the large gaps of waiting for things during the flooring sealing process. Bay feels so much larger with how small it is compared to the V Wagon.
The other bay was fully cleared out and swept once. My helper for the morning is checking out my work.
I then vacuumed the floor and put up the protective plastic.
Sunday morning I washed the floor. Was able to get all the tractor tire marks off from when I moved the pallets of cabinets in long ago. Weirdly, different pallets and carboard left marks on the floor that only showed up when the floor was made wet.

Yesterday my shelving arrived that I had ordered for the storage room finally. Only two weeks beyond what the website had stated it would come. The shelving parts were just slightly too big to put on the lift so ended up with 20 trips up and down the back deck stairs in 93 degree yesterady. That was a workout I had not planned on.
I will work on getting these assembled around the flooring work this weekend.
I was only able to get a small amount of work done on the garage floor. I got the joints taped for Sikaflex fill.

I was able to get most of the first set of shelving up over the last two days. The far left middle shelf is set at countertop height, as this is the location I plan for my future 3d printer station. Current plan is an H2C with dual AMS, but that could change once I start to do more in depth research. Plan for the top 2 shelves of the other sections is 12 27-gallon bins to help organize smaller items. Bottom shelves are high enough to store my spare set of Recaro Sportline seats for the future TSX final upgrade plan.
So of course, I put in all new landscape lighting but used the original transformer for the house lights as it was operating just fine, and it had plenty of overhead. Well, it barely made it 2 months. I noticed the other night the house lights were not on. Checked my camera footage and they had been out for about 12 nights before I noticed. Decide to order another 300w Volt Slimline transformer.
Old one. I can't be made at 15 years of life.
New unit installed. Blends a lot better with the stone being stainless.
So of course, I put in all new landscape lighting but used the original transformer for the house lights as it was operating just fine, and it had plenty of overhead. Another fun thing I didn't realize and found out is that Ghost Shield has a 1-year shelf life. I am way past that, and I had purchased product to do both bays when I did the first bay. So all that is a waste, and I need to purchase new now, unfortunately.

Correct. The tape is to prevent it from getting into other pores of the concrete besides the cut mark. I will remove the tape and the excess at the same time using a 4in wide razor blade. If you were just filling the seams and not putting down a harder and sealer after, you could just fill the cuts with no tape and cut off the excess then. With topical sealers, you likely could do the same way with no tape. With penetrating sealers, you don't want any residue on the concrete, and supposedly the Sikaflex won't bond right to the concrete joint if you do it after the penetrating sealer.
It is a lot of overkill for putting Swisstrax down overtop of it all, but hopefully it will make washing the floor easier once or twice a year as well as hopefully keep some of the staining from leaks at bay.

I'm in the same boat, I got a gallon of 8510 that is past it's shelf life and never been open. I'm going to just put the 4500 on the bunker floor regardless of the shelf life cause the concrete is showing signs of weakness at the top layer. So, if the 4500 doesn't do anything then nothing was gain or lost. One thing I did learn about the tape on the floor, it seems like the adhesive might have stayed behind on my floor and so the floor has a weird difference in discoloration where the tape was placed. So, you might want to clean the taped area before applying the floor coating. It could have been the tape I used but just wanted to pass on my experience.
Nice storage floor you got going on there with all of those shelves! One day I'll probably do the same thing in the bunker, with all uniform shelves as it's nice and clean looking with those same shelves instead of mismatched shelves.

I also decided to use it past the shelf life but with going through all this work I didn't want to risk it. Interesting to not about the tape. I don't recall having that issue the last time but I am going to be a bit over the 12 day life so that could potentially be an issue. Maybe I will wipe the floor joint area down with rubbing alcohol just in case.

Is that ” shelf life” a real thing or just a way to get people to buy more product? The epoxy I used in my shop was almost 30 years old (purchased it for my first shop in 1997 but never used it) and in unopened cans. I had always stored it inside away from extreme temperature conditions. Took the 2 part cans to Home Depot and asked the paint counter guy if he could shake them for me. I’m sure the cart full of Kilz primer and Behr paint might have persuaded him to give my stuff a nice shake. My stuff I’m sure had an expired shelf life but it went down and cured just like the new stuff I bought to go with it to finish my shop floor. I can’t even tell the new from the old!

I had a tube of Sikaflex completely separate into two different compounds when I tried to use an expired tube. I have no clue if it is real but I can't say I am interested in finding out and then having to figure out how to get the product off my concrete before applying something else. So in this case, I don't want any risk so I can just move on and be finished. Happy to donate for free to a local member that wants to give it a shot.

I get what you’re saying about the SikaFlex, most of the tubes I used had a bit of separation in the first couple squirts from the tube, but after about 6” of application it came out fine. And the separated stuff also cured as good as the rest. That was my experience, and I did my entire 5000 ft shop. With control joints every 10 ft I caulked probably over 1000 ft, went thru a bunch of the 29 ounce tubes. Really wish Harbor Freight made a cheap battery powered caulking gun for the big tubes, my forearms were screaming after about 4 tubes!

The tube I tossed I kept trying to find some that wasn't separated. I gave up after I had pumped out half the tube. I definitely had small amounts even in a good tube that had separated, but they were as you mentioned, not very often. I can't imagine doing a shop that size. I was happy to have split mine into the two bays at different times, as it is definitely tedious work.
