It has four holes on the inside to bolt down somewhere … I suppose if you screw it down to a wooden bench or to wall studs it might be a little more difficultRight. Because there's no way that anyone could ever carry that thing off and then break into it

They have locks with keys at the hardware store. Less the a 10er.

Almost every lock box in the universe has provisions to bolt it down. Even the pelican cases at HF have them. It's a deterrent, not Ft Knox.Right. Because there's no way that anyone could ever carry that thing off and then break into it

Bolt/rivet it in one of the drawers of your toolbox....perfect place for the rainy day fund.

They were for mechanics to lock up wallets, watches, wedding rings and whatever valuables while they worked their shift within their unlocked toolbox. Riveted inside a drawer is pretty secure against casual theft. Snap-on made them too. I have one in my KRL series.
