Can anyone tell me who made this? Mobile Uniwrench

It is 12" long and 4" wide. It says patent pending but never got patented. I'm trying to find out who made it and when it was made. I appreciate any help.

Mobile is the inventor's last name. Ray Mobile, of 5 Woods Chapel Rd., Rolling Meadows, IL. He trademarked it in 1995. I don't have any information on its production. I would guess around the same time.

And amazingly, only 4 entries in the USPTO system where Mobile is the inventer name. He is two of them
