I presume you meant WWv in Fort Collins. I used to whipsaw between
Fort Collins and Boulder when I had a baby in each.

There is, indeed. It's at the Department of Commerce campus in the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology, formerly the National Bureau of Standards) building.

^ Not to nerd out too much, but there are many - upwards of twenty (20) - atomic clocks at NIST in Boulder, all active in parallel, contributing to the US and international Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), maintained by ensemble, calculated as a weighted average, where the most stable and accurate clocks have a greater influence on the final official time.

The clock in my garage connects to the master. It's been pretty accurate although it will occasionally be off it corrects itself.
How long is it not accurate for before it corrects itself? That could be problematic. I assume it's just short bursts of inaccuracy.
Colorado is a beautiful state, Ryan. Congratulations on the move. And the weather is cooler than Texas.

It seems it will occasionally lose the signal, and fall an hour behind. Takes it about an hour to correct. It's only done it a few times. It's a long way from CA to CO.
No kidding! Our daughter live on Colorado Springs so we get out there 2-3 times a year. About the second or third day I am just beat and don't want to do anything. I do get better after a few days, but never any where near 100%.
We have vacationed out west and have been over 5,000 feet for 2-3 weeks and I never do adjust in that time. I love the area, but it doesn't love me!
We moved from a two bedroom apartment to a house. Wife, daughter and myself. We labeled all the boxes to what room they go into so the slave labor we had didn't need to ask where. We put several boxes in a down stairs bedroom and there they sat. Once in a while one would get cut open to try find something. About ten years later my wife had enough and we dumped out all the boxes and tossed about 90% of it in the trash. If we didn't need it in the previous ten years, we probably wouldn't need it in the next ten.

We were going thru a closet over the summer, and my wife found a box labelled "Pre-Maternity Clothes". Our son turns 13 in Nov, so needless to say, the box got donated (even if they fit, they were 15yrs out of style).
That's cool.
Around 1998-99 I was working after school at a place with a ka-chunck time clock and the boss would set it to "his" time, which was over 5 mins (maybe closer to 10) off actual time. But he argued we were wrong, he was setting his watch off the bank's time/temp sign and felt it was correct.
So I bought a computer program that would dial into the atomic clock signal and set the computer's clock. Found in a magazine ad I think. And I had to write a note and mail a check to the company.
I then set a watch to that, and brought it in.
He finally set the time clock to the correct time.
You're wondering why bother?
I worked till 2200 or 2300 and on school nights I was supposed to come home right after. Well, leave at what the time clock said was 2300, but was really near 2310... and my Dad was sure I was up to no good in that time.
And yeah I know many of you all have socks older than 1980, that's ok.

Our move from one side of town to the other 5 years ago wasn’t fun. Amazing how much **** we accumulate….rented a storage unit a few blocks from the new house and moved little things in while we waited on the previous owners house to get finished being built. By the time moving day came, all we had was big furniture to move….got all the little stuff out of storage within a month, including all my garage stuff. Didn’t want to be one of those people paying for a storage unit 6 months down the line…

My dad had a short wave receiver that he used strictly for time signals from WWV, back in the 1960s, if my memory serves me well.
Some of Dad's stuff made it through 3 moves without ever being opened. Mom had to deal with it after he passed. Lots of things just got chucked.You made me laugh with the unopened box , quite few years back I helped a mate move house, he was there for about 4 years , got to help he move again, in the back bedroom there was about a dozen boxes not opened from the first move , joking I said can we just chuck them in the bin , his wife’s comment was no we made want something in there

WWVH announcenets were offset one minnute from WWV, had a woman's voice, and (because it was, of course, in Hawaii) ended with Aloha.
As one of those nerdy kids with a SW receiver, I used to keep it on in the background... and to this day, I can not only count off seconds pretty accurately, but keep a subconscious timer in my head, so if something needs to run for 5 minutes, I'm usually pretty close (within seconds) if not dead on...

McGuckin Hardware is the best. I told a friend about it and he said they didnt have everything like I told him. I took him there and we walked in. The greeter said "can I help you?" and I replied "I need a 1/4-20 left handed nut" He asked "brass or stainless?"
One day I was looking at pellet pistols there. The clerk asked if I would like to shoot it.... Of course. He took me back in the stock room and they had a target range set up. Sold me right there and I still use the pistol.

Congratulations. I missed the reason for the move, but you are moving from one great place to another.
My daughter made that move from Austin to Boulder about 8 years ago, and she loved it there. Eventually found it too crowded and moved over to Grand Junction - which is sort of like Boulder with the mountains on the other side. I can't imagine trying to move all my ****, but you will enjoy the amenities of the rental space - especially having shop neighbors.

What is WWV and a Harbor Freight rig?
My internet is too slow tonight to load video but I sawthose racks at Homes Depot. Almost bought a couple till I saw the price.
Spent today emptying a whole side out of my 53ft storage trailer, to include a 14x48 lathe, couple engines, about 78 fuel jugs that I don't remember buying all of. Oh, a 5 gal pail of ice melt from 5-6 years ago that somehow turned to water/salt slurry.
No idea how that much water got in it, trailer doesn't leak.
Anyhow, starting to building shelving tomorrow. What 1 pre made rack cost I bought enough material to do 2ft wide, 3 levels (so 4 total with the floor) across the front (8ft) and 16ft down a side... well, if I did the math right.
Might do another 8ft length, depending how full these get.
Ill be able to clear about 25 totes full of stuff in the shop and start organizing a bit.
Eventually will do shelving on the mezzanine, but currently it's barely holding the apartment ceiling up, so needs work.
