The 3800 or 8000 price when cleaned up? I would love to have one once we get the "car garage" built, but know I would probably be too cheap to spend the money (and don't have the bodywork experience to bring another back to life if it needed it).

My kids are already mad how much junk they will have sell when I'm gone. I might buy a merchandiser just to irritate them further.

I've just started restoring another merchandiser. This one is a Kent Moore unit with turrets on both ends for cabinets. It should look something like this when I'm done

That spray paint can all be taken off without damaging the original finish. $3,800 is insanity pricing, though.
