I’d probably cut the tiles out under the lift feet and let the pads sit directly on the concrete. Even if the Swisstrax can technically handle the weight, a 4 post lift is putting alot of load into a pretty small area and I’d rather not find out later that the tiles started deforming or moving around.
The other thing I’d worry about is the Florida heat. Those tiles can expand and contract, so trapping them under something that heavy seems like it could make buckling more likely over time. If Swisstrax themselves are saying to cut around the pads, I’d probably follow that just to be safe.
It might not look quite as clean at first, but you could cut the openings pretty tight around the foot plates and it would probably still look really good. I’d rather have a small visible concrete section under each post then have to pull half the floor apart later because something shifted.
