Identifying an old bench grinder

Hello, I’d appreciate your help identifying a bench grinder I inherited and would like to restore.
There are no stickers or labels on the tool.

Judging solely from the switch and your metric tape measure, I would say it's an Asian-made model that was sold in Australia or the EU somewhere. I wouldn't put too much effort into it.

Agreed. 250/480 on the tag, along with a centrifugal switch points to single phase Euro (US doesnt have 480V 1ph normally). If it were 3ph, you wouldn't need a cent. switch as no start winding.

Thanks for the information. It works well and is quite powerful, but the bearings are due for replacement.
My other problem is when I removed the power switch to clean it, I accidentally pulled (or pressed?) it; it fell (exploded) apart, and various parts went flying around.
I crawled on the floor and even pulled the refrigerator out of its spot; I think I managed to find everything except for a bracket that seems to be missing—and I just can't find it. It’s driving me crazy. I think it was a flat kind of thingy. And yet, I don't even know what I'm supposed to look for.
If there’s no other choice, I don’t mind buying a new replacement switch—but again, I have no idea where or what to look for, or what they’re actually called.
Again - your help is much appreciated.

Any simple DPST switch--toggle, rocker, etc--that is rated for the HP of the motor will work just fine. Make a sheet-metal cover to fit it to the existing hole.

It would help if we knew where you're located.
