I have lived in Ohio my whole life, except for 18 months in Japan for work. I like Ohio, but my wife would like to move somewhere with mountains. So I am sure we'll find a compromise, and we will move somewhere with mountains...
As for making a comeback, some of the cities are growing again for sure.
