Panel → 25A double-pole breaker → 10/2 NMD90 → NEMA L6-30R wall receptacle -> L6-30P plug → 10/3 SOOW flexible cord → BendPak motor.
Panel to a blank wall receptacle is in place now as described, NEMA L6-30R wall receptacle -> L6-30P plug → 10/3 SOOW flexible cord → BendPak motor is yet to do.
