I know several here are familiar with this company.
This video came out a few days ago and I thought it might be of interest, especially to those who have used their services. It highlights a little glimpse into the operation.

I appreciated his comments at 9:05 about India making quality files. I have voiced that on GJ in the past from my personal experience with them.

I also found it interesting that they are sharpening some brand new files to make them better.

I haven’t needed to send anything to them yet, but hope to use their business in the future.

Video is 11 minutes long.

No time to watch til later this week, thanks for posting. I’ve got a few stacks of oddball files to send them, my third or fourth time. Love their work.

The guy who introduced me to them used to send brand new Nicholson files to them, back before 2004, as it made them work better.

Makes sense. Mr. Boggs said in the video the manufacturers used to do this process on new files but stopped years ago.

It was a good video; saw it a few days ago. I just wish they had gone a bit more technical on the actual process. Pretty neat something like this still exists, especially in a place where the cost of doing business is extremely high.
