    Swapping out a 15amp fuse for a 20amp fuse?

    I'm getting a welder that requires a 20amp fuse. I checked my breaker box and the fuse in there for the garage is a 15amp fuse. Can it simply be swapped out? Or would the wiring need to be changed? Or should I get an electrician?
