I am nearing completion of an auto shop for myself and wish to have hot water at a sink, so I am looking for something less than a "whole house" electrical unit. Can anyone make suggestions? I have seen a Tempura and also noted that Rinnani gets good reviews within thsi forum. Thanks, jim
