I purchased the Craftsman 5pc Drive Tool Set 3/4-inch Drive #40200. It comes with a breaker bar, 3 extensions and the slide bar handle. Everything in the set is marked made in the USA except the slide bar handle. It just says Craftsman, the part# and "G". I called Sear's customer service line...
