Most of the time (not including heavy use, misuse, improper care etc) is rebuilding/repairing impact guns and air ratchets feasible? I mean cost wise, replacing o rings and maybe some worn parts, a **** shoot or a bad idea most of the time? Thanks!

Are tools usually the same price from the truck as the website (mac snap on matco?) I know each franchisee (driver) sets their own price. Do they give a discount if you are a professional mechanic? Not that I need those tools but I like to collect, usually used but just wanted to know.
