I went with strait cuts. Wraped the side ones around the top.

This is a 14' swing I made out of 2" hss w/.100" wall. The post is 4" hss w/.25 wall, bolted to a 2 x 2 x 2 concrete pad. Made my own hinges with sealed roller bearings. It use's a Liftmaster la400 to open along with a 600lb mag lock to keep it closed. It swings fine without a wheel for support.

This is what I came up with for my gate. 14' swing made out of 2" square hss w/.100" wall. Welded some tabs on either end for the tension bars & then tied the chain link on.

Flush mounted mine and inspector had me move it to surface. Could not obtain necessary insulation values behind panel was the reason.
