Looking to buy a lathe in Spring Hill, Ks. Can't check it out myself. Delivery has been worked out, but I don't want to buy sight unseen. If anyone with a bit of lathe experience could check it out, we could work out something for the favor.

I know Curtis compressors are good quality, I was just wondering if $600 was a fair price. Its a 80 gal, 220 single phase motor. Looks like a single stage compressor. Any thing I should check out specifically? I assume its somewhere I can plug it in and see how it runs. Thanks for any help or...
