    Wireless controlled ceiling fans?

    During the design of my 74x30 5-bay workshop, I never thought to add electrical boxes for ceiling fans. Of course, now I think it would be a good idea to push some of the heat down towards the floor. I do, however, have 110V outlets in the ceiling at each of the overhead door opener locations...

    Easy fix for T12 ballast hum?

    I have installed 6 rows of flourescent lights into my shop, and everything is working just fine. The light fixtures (Lithonia) were purchased from Grainger, as were the bulbs. My only complaint is that the ballasts seem to hum louder than I'd like. They're T12 magnetic and are firing off 95...
