I’ve used both — the 90T is slimmer and easier in tight spots, but the 120XP has that super smooth 3° swing which is great for precision. I’d lean 120XP unless you’re often working in really cramped spaces.

For that tractor bucket repair, a plasma cutter will make cleaner, faster cuts on the 12 ga steel and save a lot of grinding. Oxy-acetylene is still handy for heating and brazing down the road, but if it’s mostly cutting panels right now, plasma sounds like the better investment.

Yeah, countersunk bolts make a big difference. Welding works if it’s permanent, but I’d probably keep it flexible with countersunk hardware.

I’ve had the same issue before. I usually use a small flat-head screwdriver to gently pry the push nut while twisting it slightly. A little penetrating oil can also help loosen stubborn ones.
