    Do these pliers look new to you?

    OK, first I know they're just tools. Second, I can understand and don't mind a little grease or oil left on something from the production process. But I just got these from Snap On (ordered online) and they don't look new to me, maybe like a return? I'm not a pro mechanic so I don't use my stuff...

    In spite of what they call it, it looks like an indexable head ratchet. Does anyone have one of these, and if so, what is your impression? I have the Carlyle 3/8 flex head ratchet (60t) and I like it a lot, but no experience with any of their other ratchets...
