Well they came in and I got a friendly shock when I opened the box to realize I did not get what I ordered. Instead of the bessey snips shown in the picture I got the Erdi stamped ones I was looking for. Big smile to my face then. First impression very nice quality, the blades come together...

I just ordered bessey D29SS-BE lefts and rights. I was looking for the erdi stamped version from the bessey site as its a little more Americanized in the handle shape. could only find europoan vendors though.

I have never really had luck with wiss. I have always used midwest and klein. If the klein journeyman series with the curved handle could cut heavy gauge like the special hardness blue handled midwest snips I would be in heaven lol

Have you had an actual use out of any of the snips listed?

I did not now about the Gedore snips just the 3 I mentioned now I will have to look at them.

So both are very good then I take it?
