No, just an order number and explicitly calling out that I'd recieve a tracking number when the order shipped. This is my second or third time with similar proof - no issues.

I recently received a rebate from a walmart online purchase as well. I simply printed (to PDF) the online order summary page ("Thank you for your order #***") that is available immediately after checkout showing order number, my name, address, itemized purchases and cost.

Thanks for the heads-up; note that reviews flag that horizontal pieces are 72 inches, and uprights add another 2.5 inches per side for a 77inch total width. Also note many reviewers complained about poor packing and damaged shelves when delivered. Additional shelves appear to be "erx7224"...
