I'm a total newbie when it comes to garages. My garage floor is a complete mess. It's not level at all, has a ton of oil stains, concrete is chipping like crazy. I only use the garage to store my kids toys, lawnmower, toolboxes etc. I also work on my motorcycles in there. What are my options...
