Mine had a thin rubber coating over the metal. I took a utility knife and stripped it off. It comes off pretty easy then shined it up with a finer wire wheel brush followed by a bunch of clear coat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's the black Pittsburg one. It has a swivel head. I got it for around 10 bucks and it worked great for what I needed it to do. It was the first time I used a riveter so I don't have anything to compare it to but it worked well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
