Thank you!!! I bought two PopMaxx 12/14 oz popcorn machines from a dude for $120. I cleaned one up and tried it, popcorn cooked super fast, came out chewy styrofoam. Tried different kernels, then tried the other machine, same thing. Searched for solutions online, nothing helped. Found this post...
