Anyone ever had to build a foundation in a flood zone? In this case its in Massachusetts and a 48" frost wall is required. Town hall is telling me I need an engineering firm to design a custom foundation for me with a PE stamp. Sounds like its big $$. Any help is appreciated. Thanks -Nick
