I just built a new house and had the electrician put in a 100 amp subpanel in the detached garage. He ran 4 wires into the box two hots and a neutral and ground. The neutral and ground are both on the (edit)neutral bar with a green arm that is connected to the bar and box (bonded?). There is no...
