OP seems to be asking about the PliersWrench. What you show are Cobra, or something that is not a PW. I have both. There is a sweetspot for each of them.

to the OP I have one of the smallish versions of those. They are wonderful. Not sure why they are so expensive. But worth it IMO.

Height adjustable? Have you looked at the Noden Adjust-A-Bench? Very nice. You might be able to make something else that does the job, but it would take a long time to figure out the height adjusting mechanism.

Fein makes an ultra-thin blade. Worth the money IMO.

Skil makes a version of their worm drive saw that is for concrete. see if you can rent one. Or something similar. Good luck on the project.
