Planning for the new building. Slab on grade, 30 x 36 Miracle Truss (NOS). I will have power and rough in for a future water line in addition to a few 3/4" conduit sweeps. Mild winter climate so heat will be by coveralls and calorie burning. Anything else I should consider?

Looking for a copy of Miracle Truss 30 x 36 x 12 drawings. My engineer said he could draw and calc for local codes if he had a copy to see the particulars. Willing to pay for a copy. Thanks for any help.
