    10" blade advice

    so i bought a ryobi 10" table saw model rts31 used and used it to rip some 2x4s this weekend and it was real slow cutting and almost smoking while cutting. i assume the blade was pretty dull and not of the best quality since it came with the saw. im wanting to buy a good general purpose blade...

    decent table saw for under $300

    does anyone make a decent table saw more portable than not for $300 or under.i just need one for a couple of projects it won't get a lot of use. even if you can suggest a used one made in the last 15 years and its worth that would work for me .theres just so much junk out there. thanks

    pawn shop find

    i was in the local pawn shop today and noticed a magna 40pc tap & die set made in usa #96501 for $75 . it looked to be unused or very lightly used.couldnt spot any wear at all.i asked whats the best he could do.he said $60 out the door.bought it and came home and googled it $312 for the same set...

    can someone suggest a decent tap & die set sae & metric for diy home use mostly for retapping stripped threads and such . no real heavy duty use. but dont want any junk either. thanks
