I have 2 really old Stanleys that need replacing but I don;t know how much to spend or what brand to buy. I have 7 foot doors so 1/2hp should do it and I've seen a lot of the companies in town carry liftmaster. But also I've read that chamberlain is good. Anyone got an opinion? thanks.

I am currently repainting my garage walls and ceiling and when it warms up outside, I am gogin to epoxy the floor. I noticed that about 10 inches of my garage floor is outside, as it extends beyond the garage door out to the foundation line of the house. Look at the picture to see what I mean...
