I have a old snap on tool box that I was given from my father. One of the hinges are broken so I need to figure out what model the tool box is inorder to get a new one. What is the best way to figure this out?

My dad recently gave me his old snap on tool box (both the roll away and the chest) that needs to be cleaned badly...it is covered in dirt, oil and bird poop. What is the best way to do this?
