Has anyone had experience with Anvil products on a garage floor ? Specifically their Epoxy Show Coat and Gator Grip. I've run across a good deal on the stuff but as y'all know it's not a deal if the stuff don't last.

So I have a couple high lift 8' doors going in an attached garage at the house I'm building. These doors need jackshaft operators but I don't want 8500's. What are my alternatives ? Is there any reason not to use commercial operators in a residential application ? Thanks. Gerry
