    cost diff between 24x24 and 30x30???

    About how much of a diff is it in total cost between building a 24x24 garage or a 30x30 garage? Im just looking to build a basic stick built garage. Nothing special. I just wanna know if the extra 6 feet is going to make a huge cost diff.

    concrete blocks for foundation?

    Why would you use concrete blocks to build a foundation for a garage rather then just form a foundation and pour it as one continuous wall of concrete. Is one cheaper then the other or does it come down to code?
