What to do with new floor?
I am leasing a 1500 commercial space, The unit is new and unused. I have a small machine shop so the floor will get splashed with coolant from a cnc machine and also parts cleaner fluids. I am not sure if I want an epoxy paint or can the concrete get like a clear coat on it? I need something...
