I picked this box up today. I can't find any boxes online with an oval mirror and recessed drawer pulls. The only markings I've found on it are "BBB54" stamped into the edge of the lid below the mirror. It's got 2 latches on each side of the lid, maybe original, maybe added later, hard to tell...
