The detached pool house has a 366 sq ft of garage space. Essentially it's 1.5 cars deep (deep enough for a '72 911 or 914 and a newish Polaris ATV) with a bump out section. Floors are getting done tomorrow then probably paint the walls on Saturday. Need to make decision on the wall color...

Has anyone added a bay to their existing garage? The new house has a 22x26 with enough space to add another bay. Wondering what the costs on this would be? Safe to assume $50/sqft or something different with the tear down of a brick wall then adding same brick color.

First - tried the search but didn't see a spring system quite like this :) Buying a new house at the end of May and need to convert the garage doors to high lift and install LM8500's (2 single bay doors) so I can add a 4 post lift. The garage size is 21x26 with 112" ceilings. Here's the issue...
